Organizational theory suggest that in decentralization, employees that are responsible for decision and are empoweres to make decisions have more control ever therir work and are accountable for their decisions. The effectiveness of organization is improved because the employee, who deals with and knows the client, can alter the product or service to meet the client’s needs.
